Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Omnili. They govern your download, installation, and use of the App and form a binding legal agreement between you and Omnili.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Omnili (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users who download or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Omnili is a native macOS application that provides AI-powered writing assistance using locally downloaded language models. The App runs entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection to function, except for downloading AI models and verifying your subscription status through the Mac App Store. The App is available through a free tier and paid subscription plans — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime — all managed exclusively through the Mac App Store.

3. No Account Required

Omnili does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in. Your subscription status is managed entirely by Apple through the Mac App Store. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID, which governs your subscription and download rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to extract its source code or AI models. You may not redistribute the AI models downloaded by the App.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the App remains yours. Because all processing happens locally on your device, Omnili has no access to your content. Omnili’s software, branding, and user interface are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. The AI models used by the App are provided by third-party sources and are subject to their own respective licenses.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

All payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Omnili does not directly handle, process, or store any payment information. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms and policies. You may manage your subscription at any time through your Mac App Store account settings.

7. AI Models & Third-Party Services

Omnili downloads AI language models from Hugging Face to power its writing features. These models are stored locally on your device. No personal data or user content is transmitted during model downloads. The availability, licensing, and performance of these models are subject to change by their respective providers. Omnili is not responsible for changes to third-party model availability.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Omnili operates entirely offline and collects no personal data. We do not track usage, collect analytics, or transmit your content to any server. Your writing never leaves your device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Omnili does not warrant that the App will be error-free or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the App before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an update to the App or a notice on our website. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
